Construction and Demolition or Excavated Waste Generators
Construction and Demolition or Excavated Waste is normally generated by civil engineering, construction projects, highways and from railway ballast.
A large proportion of these materials can be recycled, in some cases as much as 80% can be recovered for use as aggregate. In the case of railway ballast 100% can be used.
A range of materials can be produced from Construction and Demolition or Excavated Waste including General Fills, Sub Bases and even aggregate for Asphalt and Concrete Products.
If you generate Construction and Demolition or Excavated Waste and currently send it to landfill, log onto our Aggregates Directory for companies who can recycle waste within the area of your operations.
